Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once it has been shipped.

Shipping Times

We partner with global suppliers to offer the best prices and product selection. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or factors outside our control (such as courier disruptions or seasonal sales).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact our support team at shop.trendboutik@gmail.com. We’ll help locate your package or issue a replacement/refund when applicable.

Customs & Import Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
